The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between sustainable practices and hotel performance by examining factors such as guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. The research methodology used in this study involves a mixed-methods approach, comprising both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and financial statements of eco-friendly hotels operating in Pakistan. The findings of the study indicate that sustainable practices positively influence the performance of eco-friendly hotels. The results show that guest satisfaction and employee engagement significantly increase as a result of sustainable practices. Furthermore, financial performance is positively affected by sustainable practices, with eco-friendly hotels reporting higher revenues and profits. Based on these findings, it is recommended that eco-friendly hotels in Pakistan should prioritize sustainable practices to improve their performance.
