Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly become a major technological innovation that has impacted various industries and businesses. HR management is one of the fields that are being transformed by AI. The integration of AI in HR management processes is enabling organizations to automate repetitive tasks, improve decision-making processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of HR operations. AI-powered HR tools can analyze large amounts of data, recognize patterns and predict trends, helping HR professionals make informed decisions about recruitment, employee retention, and talent management. However, despite the potential benefits of AI in HR management, organizations must consider the ethical implications and the potential impact on the workforce. The integration of AI in HR management must be approached with caution and carefully managed to ensure that it supports, rather than replaces, human decision making. This article will explore the current state of AI in HR management and its potential impact on the HR profession.
