Plagiarism is a serious breach of ethical and professional standards in academic publishing, and the International Journal of Cyber Law is committed to ensuring the originality and integrity of the research published in its pages. All submissions are thoroughly screened for plagiarism using leading software tools, and any instances of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and duplication of work, will be dealt with according to the highest standards of academic conduct. The International Journal of Cyber Law reserves the right to reject submissions and/or retract published articles found to be in violation of its plagiarism policy. Authors are expected to properly cite all sources and ensure that their work is original and does not infringe on the rights of others.
