This article explores the legal foundations surrounding Trans boundary oil flows and their significance in the global context. The study aims to identify the problem areas and provide insights into the relevant regulatory frameworks, international agreements, and scholarly opinions on this subject matter. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research endeavors to shed light on the legal complexities, environmental concerns, and socio-economic implications associated with Trans boundary oil flows. The findings of this study aim to contribute to the understanding of the legal framework governing such activities and provide recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of regulations in this field.
