This article explores the evolution of supply chain management from traditional Just-In-Time (JIT) practices to the modern concept of Agile Supply Chains. The study examines the drivers and challenges behind this transformation, as well as the innovative technologies and strategies that have enabled organizations to transition towards more agile and responsive supply chains. Through an analysis of real-world case studies and industry insights, this article sheds light on the benefits of embracing agility in supply chain management, including improved efficiency, flexibility, and customer satisfaction.
