AI has the potential to revolutionize many industries, but also poses significant challenges, including legal and ethical issues. This article explores the legal aspects of the digital economy and the future of AI, including issues related to data privacy, ownership and control, accountability for AI-related harm, transparency in decision-making processes, and the balance between innovation and regulation. The article concludes by highlighting the need for a multi-stakeholder effort to address these challenges, including government regulations, industry standards, and proactive measures by AI developers and users to ensure the responsible deployment of AI systems.
