About the Journal
The International Journal of Law and Policy (ISSN: 3005-2289) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing original research and critical analysis on contemporary developments in law, legal institutions, regulation, and public policy. The Journal welcomes doctrinal, comparative, empirical, socio-legal, normative, and policy-oriented research addressing legal and policy questions at national, regional, and international levels. IJLP provides a scholarly forum for legal scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to examine emerging legal developments, regulatory challenges, institutional issues, and the relationship between law and public policy.
