Repository Policy

The Repository Policy of the International Journal of Law and Policy (IJLP) ensures that authors have the right to share their published work openly while maintaining high standards of accessibility. Under this policy, authors can make their articles available on the internet, including institutional repositories and other platforms.

IJLP follows an Open Access (OA) Publishing model, allowing unrestricted access to published articles. There is no embargo period, meaning authors can immediately share their work upon publication. The journal applies a CC BY 4.0 license, which permits free use, distribution, and adaptation of the content, provided proper attribution is given to the original authors.

The copyright ownership remains with the authors, ensuring their rights over the published work. Articles can be deposited in any repository or website, including personal websites, institutional archives, or other open-access platforms. However, the published source must be properly acknowledged with a full citation to the original article.
